Daijah Barnes is a native Rochesterian who is committed to changing the world one word at a time. Her experiences of caring for her younger siblings, surviving an abusive relationship, and single-handedly providing a healthy and stable environment for her children has taught her the virtues of hard work, self-healing, discipline, and honest communication. She has been invited to share the knowledge she has with many organizations and their audiences including; The YMCA of Greater Rochester, Willow Domestic Violence, USA TODAY and 13 Wham- "Good Day Rochester." Daijah Barnes earned an Associates in Science from Monroe Community College and is continuing her educational pursuits.
